Efficient gutting
KM Mark 7 is a fish gutting machine with high capacity and improved gutting power that ensures better cleaning of fish. In addition, the machine is characterised by the following:
Space-saving and strong design
The fish are placed continuously in the feeding chamber, where a conveyor belt with catches transports the fish through a positional system of guiding plates to the gutting chamber. The rotating knife cuts the fish as required.
After having been cut, the fish pass a rotating nylon brush and water sprays which remove the last entrails. The gutted fish are led to the outlet end for further transportation.

KM Mark 5 and KM Mark 6
The KM Mark 7 Fish Gutting Machine is characterized by high capacity, improved gutting power, and adjustable gutting length during operation. It is designed to save space on deck, with the option for installation right up to the bulkhead or side-by-side for two machines (R+L). The machine is known for its strong design, minimal maintenance requirements, better ergonomics, and quieter operation.
The KM Mark 7 offers the convenience of adjusting gutting length while the machine is in operation. This flexibility allows operators to adapt the machine to different fish sizes and individual performance.
The machine has an electrically adjustable capacity of 30-60 fish per minute. This feature enables the machine to adapt to the operator's individual performance and the feed speed based on the actual fish size.
